Encorajamos que pessoas com deficiência se candidatem, como também mulheres, pessoas LGBT+, pessoas negras e indígenas, de diferentes idades e regiões!Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar no time de pessoas como Consultor de Gestão de Mudanças.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir a gestão de mudança em projetos estratégicos, de tecnologia ou de reestruturação da companhia, aplicando metodologias estruturadas para garantir a adoção de novos processos, sistemas e comportamentos;Elaborar e executar planos integrados de mudança, contemplando análise de impactos, mapeamento e engajamento de stakeholders, plano de comunicação de mudança, prontidão organizacional e mitigação de riscos;Desenvolver capacitações sobre ferramentas e suporte para que exerçam o papel de agentes ativos e visíveis da mudança frente às suas equipes;Desenvolver e monitorar indicadores e métricas de adoção da mudança, utilizando dados para avaliar a eficácia das ações de GMO e subsidiar tomadas de decisão da liderança;Mapear e fortalecer a rede de agentes de mudança da companhia, promovendo o alinhamento cultural, a colaboração e o engajamento contínuo em diferentes níveis hierárquicos.Desenvolver, implementar e gerenciar programas corporativos de DHO, tais como Programas de Desenvolvimento, aceleração de talentos, integração e programas de formação técnica/comportamental;Atuar como parte dos ciclos estratégicos de DHO, incluindo os processos de Gestão de Desempenho, Ciclo de Gente e Pesquisas de Clima e Engajamento;Atuar em parceria com Business Partners (BPs) de Pessoas no diagnóstico de necessidades das áreas de negócio, propondo soluções estruturadas de DHO;Conduzir diagnósticos organizacionais contínuos, conectando temas de clima, engajamento e cultura com as necessidades de evolução e transformação do negócio;Análise de dados para identificar tendências de desenvolvimento, lacunas de competências e subsidiar decisões estratégicas relacionadas à evolução do capital humano.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Psicologia, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Desejável pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão de Pessoas, Negócios ou áreas correlatas;Vivências em projetos de gestão da mudança; Desejável certificações de  Change Management.Vivência em temas de desenvolvimento organizacional.Capacidade de influenciar stakeholders, conduzir discussões estratégicas e atuar com elevada autonomia;Forte capacidade analítica, visão de negócio e experiência na utilização de indicadores de pessoas para tomada de decisão;Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho - Centro Corporativo - Pinheiros/SP (Híbrido)Na Auren Energia, acreditamos que o futuro passa por ideias inovadoras, atitudes sustentáveis e um mundo mais positivo; e o que faz a diferença para criar a nossa sinergia é com quem vamos!
