Las soluciones que utilizamos tienen conceptos de Industria 4.0, aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial / IoT, así como mucho know-how, especialmente para empresas especializadas en alimentación.En Teknisa, la tecnología une a las personas. La tecnología es nuestro DNA, pero nuestra alma está hecha de personas creativas, audaces y preparadas para enfrentar desafíos y ofrecer experiencias que nos conecten cada vez más.En un mundo en constante transformación, respondemos con inteligencia, desarrollando soluciones para el segmento alimentario, industrias y, sobre todo, desarrollando líderes que inspiren y motiven.Estamos determinados a causar impacto y nos motiva el desafío de desarrollar soluciones de software innovadoras para empresas en América Latina y en todo el mundo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONESDominar las funcionalidades de los productos Teknisa;Realizar actividades de instalación de productos en los clientes de Teknisa, así como ejecutar proyectos de implantación de sistemas, tanto en la casa matriz como en los sitios de las empresas;Proporcionar formación técnica a los clientes de Teknisa;Proporcionar formación interna orientada al reciclaje y al desarrollo de capacidades;Garantizar que los clientes estén plenamente familiarizados con el uso de los productos Teknisa;Supervisar y garantizar la ejecución de los calendarios de implantación;Rellenar correctamente y a diario los formularios de control de la empresa;Rellenar los formularios definidos en la metodología de gestión de proyectos;Actualizar los calendarios de ejecución cuando sea necesario;Organizar la rutina del sector, con base en los procedimientos de Calidad.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS Y CUALIFICACIONESEl éxito para este cargo es:Ser organizado y tener facilidad con las planillas Excel;Ser comunicativo y capaz de trabajar bajo presión;Estar siempre atento a las demandas de los clientes;Disfrutar trabajando con personas;Ser hábil explicando el sistema Teknisa.Requisitos del puesto:Formación: Curso de nutrición en curso o finalizado; Técnico informático con experiencia en implantación de sistemas de gestión, cursando administración de empresas o finalizado.Disponibilidad para viajar;Disponer de la estructura y las herramientas necesarias para realizar el trabajo desde casa y cuando esté asignado a los clientes ( computadora/teléfono celular e internet de calidad).Informações adicionais Salario: US$ 600 mensuales
