Buscamos um(a) profissional analítico(a), consultivo(a) e com alta autonomia para atuar no coração da nossa gestão de dados de prestadores.Nesta oportunidade, você será a referência técnica na extração de informações massivas, cruzamento de bases públicas e privadas de referência, e na construção de materiais de apoio à decisão, como dashboards inteligentes, calculadoras e simuladores. Se você possui forte domínio em SQL, facilidade para traduzir dados em reports executivos e deseja impulsionar a eficiência e o crescimento da nossa rede — especialmente com vivência ou afinidade com o ecossistema de saúde suplementar —, esta vaga é para você. Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a extração de informações massiva em base de dados, assegurando agilidade, integridade e confiabilidade no fornecimento de insumos analíticos.Analisar dados de prestadores e especialidades médicas, realizando o cruzamento estratégico com bases públicas oficiais como IBGE, ANS e CNES.Construir materiais consultivos, calculadoras e simuladores dinâmicos para apoiar a tomada de decisão das equipes de negócio.Estruturar dashboards inteligentes utilizando ferramentas como Power BI e HTML para monitoramento de indicadores de rede.Garantir a manutenção e melhorias contínuas de ferramentas da área, otimizando processos e rotinas analíticas vigentes.Desenvolver reports executivos de alto nível, transformando cenários complexos em insights claros e acionáveis para a liderança.

Requisitos e qualificações

Obrigatório:Formação superior completa em áreas correlatas a Exatas, Tecnologia ou Dados.Domínio avançado e experiência prática comprovada em SQL para manipulação e consulta de bases.Capacidade analítica sólida para lidar com grandes volumes de dados e estruturação de tratamentos complexos.Forte viés consultivo, excelente comunicação interpessoal e habilidade na apresentação de resultados para níveis gerenciais.Perfil proativo, com alto nível de autonomia e orientação para resolução de problemas.Desejável:Conhecimento em Python aplicado a análises de dados, automações ou tratamento de grandes bases.Familiaridade com arquiteturas de dados em nuvem, como Oracle Cloud.Vivência anterior ou conhecimento sólido no setor de saúde suplementar
