Buscamos um Consultor de M&A para integrar nossa equipe corporativa de Fusões & Aquisições. O profissional atuará com protagonismo nas principais transações da companhia, conduzindo análises de investimento e apoiando a tomada de decisão estratégica da alta liderança com grande autonomia e visibilidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar target screening, mapeamento de mercado e análise de oportunidades de aquisição, fusão e desinvestimento;Mapear e avaliar oportunidades de aquisição, investimento e parcerias estratégicas;Monitorar tendências de mercado e movimentos de M&A em setores-alvo, produzindo análises de inteligência estratégica e benchmarks competitivos;Apoiar a execução de operações de M&A e parcerias estratégicas, realizando análises financeiras, estratégicas e operacionais das oportunidades;Analisar dados, relatórios e cruzamento de informações gerenciais, públicas e de mercado;Elaborar modelos financeiros completos, business plans (DRE, Balanço Patrimonial e Fluxo de Caixa), valuations por múltiplas metodologias (DCF, múltiplos de mercado e transações comparáveis), além de análises de sensibilidade e cenários;Apoiar a organização e o controle dos processos internos da área de M&A;Apoiar processos de due diligence financeira (buy-side e sell-side), suporte a Q&As e avaliação de impactos pré e pós-transação;Analisar alternativas de alocação de capital, estrutura de capital e impactos de integrações pós-fechamento (PMI), bem como a captura de sinergias;Elaborar apresentações executivas, pitchbooks, infomemos e memorandos para o Conselho, Comitê de M&A e alta liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Graduação em Engenharia, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência: Atuação prévia em M&A corporativo, banco de investimento ou consultoria estratégica.Idiomas: Inglês fluente (escrita, leitura e conversação) — obrigatório.Informações adicionaisInformações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Híbrido.Benefícios: Assistência médica e odontológica, TotalPass, estacionamento, refeição no local, entre outros.
