Se você é um profissional apaixonado pelo mundo automotivo, tem habilidades técnicas e gosta de lidar com clientes, essa oportunidade é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuições Abordar, atendendo prontamente o cliente ao chegar;Ao receber o cliente, verificar se é passante ou agendado (ativo ou passivo), antecipando-se quanto ao conteúdo da pré-ordem de serviço (cliente agendado); Deixar os clientes informados sobre o andamento dos serviços, valores, formas de pagamento e sanar possíveis dúvida;Realizar o checklist da aparência do veículo assim como dos pertences ao recepcionar o cliente, evitando mal-entendidos e garantindo atenção necessária ao cliente;Garantir a perfeita organização de agenda diária de atendimento e serviços;Cuidar da distribuição dos serviços conforme tempário/TMO e maturidade do técnico (A, B, C...); Conferir os veículos prontos antes da chegada do cliente; Verificar ordem de serviços, abertura e fechamento; Negociar com o cliente, sempre que necessário, alguns orçamentos, garantindo total lisura no atendimento; Interpretar reclamações/inconvenientes de serviços, realizando sempre as perguntas investigativas (o quê, como, onde, por quê, quem e quando);Acompanhar execução de serviços. Informar o cliente sobre execução de serviços e possíveis custos;Contatar o cliente para comunicar o serviço executado e programar horário de entrega;Organizar orçamentos, fechar O.S. e emitir notas fiscais;Coletar assinatura nos checklists de aparência, nas ordens de serviços e orçamentos.
