O Porto Bank está acelerando seu crescimento no segmento PJ Middle e busca um Consultor de Negócios de alta performance para liderar a expansão da nossa carteira de clientes do ecossistema Porto.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspecção e Mapeamento (Hunter): Identificar e qualificar empresas de grande porte através de pesquisas e listas direcionadas, realizando abordagens com tomadores de decisão C-Level (CFOs, Controllers e Tesoureiros) para gerar novas oportunidades de negócios.Estruturação de Oferta e Produtos: Mapear necessidades de liquidez e fluxo de caixa dos clientes para ofertar soluções customizadas de Capital de Giro, Antecipação de Recebíveis, Risco Sacado e Adquirência, garantindo rentabilidade para a instituição.Análise e Composição de Garantias (Blindagem de crédito): Modelar a estrutura de garantias reais e fiduciárias (cessão fiduciária de recebíveis, alienação fiduciária, fiança, aval) de forma rigorosa, visando mitigar o risco de inadimplência, blindar a operação de crédito e aprovar propostas técnicas em Comitê de Crédito.Gestão e Rentabilização de Carteira (Farmer): Acompanhar ativamente o pós-venda, promovendo ações de cross-selling e ampliando o share of wallet do cliente na instituição, assegurando a fidelização e o uso contínuo das soluções contratadas.Gestão de Risco, PDD e Cobrança: Acompanhar proativamente o risco de crédito da carteira, monitorar vencimentos/indicadores operacionais e atuar preventivamente em ações de renegociação e recuperação para manter a PDD nos níveis estipulados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.Cursos e Conhecimentos Específicos: Domínio técnico de produtos de crédito corporativo (Capital de Giro, Recebíveis, Risco Sacado e Adquirência).Conhecimento avançado em análise de DRE, Balanço Patrimonial, Fluxo de Caixa e composição de garantias bancárias.Habilidades e Competências: Forte capacidade de negociação B2B/C-Level.Atuar na prospecção, negociação e gestão de contas corporativas de médio e grande porte (clientes com faturamento anual próximo a R$ 100 milhões) nos segmentos de Saúde ou Automotivo;Visão analítica de crédito, risco e estruturação de garantias. Orientação para resultados, superação de metas e visão de dono.
