Acompanhar os indicadores que refletem a experiência dos associados e colaboradores visando promover junto aos segmentos melhorias na direção de evolução constante. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantimos muitos desafios! Veja abaixo alguns deles:Representar a Central e Cooperativas em fóruns de discussão e construção dos produtos e serviços e modelos de relacionamento. Coordenar iniciativas na Central junto as Cooperativas potencializando o movimento sistêmicos.Acompanhar ativamente o desempenho das cooperativas quanto aos indicadores que se relacionam aos seus temas. Fomentar a capacitação das Cooperativas nos temas de CRM e Relacionamento com Associados.Promover momentos de trocas e boas práticas entre cooperativas.Liderar projetos que ajudem a Central a atingir seu objetivo estratégico e financeiro.Acompanhar o que acontece no mercado com relação aos seus temas de referência. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Administração, Marketing , Economia, Engenharia ou áreas afins. Habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas. Excelente capacidade de comunicação e habilidades interpessoais. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe. Conhecimentos de Marketing de Negócios , Relacionamento e Growth  Conhecimentos de CRM e Customer Sucess Conhecimentos de NPS e Programas de Fidelidade  Conhecimento dos Produtos e Serviços Financeiros
