Se você é movido(a) por resultados, gosta de estar em campo, próximo(a) das operações, e quer fazer parte de uma marca com forte presença nacional como o Bob’s, essa pode ser a sua próxima oportunidade!Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) de Operações para atuar na Região Norte, com foco no relacionamento com a rede franqueada e na entrega de resultados consistentes por meio da excelência operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no relacionamento com a rede franqueada da marca Bob's e relacionamento com os departamentos internos com foco nas soluções para o campo;Realizar análise de indicadores e elaboração de planos para incrementos de receitas e maximização de resultados operacionais;Auxiliar a implantar as táticas para alcançar as metas de resultados definidas;Auxiliar a desenvolver e executar a estratégia específica de operações;Auxiliar a avaliar os resultados dos franqueados e influenciá-los na melhoria da qualidade dos seus serviços;Participar da avaliação dos resultados das vendas e identificação de soluções para crescimento a curto, médio e longo prazos;Acompanhar os movimentos do mercado e as necessidades dos consumidores de forma a melhorar o nível de serviços (SLA);Auxiliar a revisão e implantar as atualizações dos processos internos e externos, na busca por melhores níveis de serviços (SLA) e na redução dos custos operacionais;Participar do start-up de novos pontos de vendas, garantindo o alinhamento, desde o início, com os processos padrão e níveis de serviço preconizados, objetivando potencializar a percepção de qualidade por parte do consumidor;Ser o guardião de padrões e procedimentos da marca Bob's.Interagir com as demais áreas da empresa para o desenvolvimento e implementação de novos produtos e/ou processos operacionais que aumentem os resultados operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo;Habilitação na categoria B;Ter atuado no setor de alimentação e ou franquias;Residir em Belém (PA).Informações adicionaisCONFIRA OS NOSSOS BENEFÍCIOSSeguro de Vida;Participação dos Lucros da empresa;Previdência Privada;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Celular Corporativo;Carro da empresa;Vale Refeição ou Alimentação;Totalpass;Onhappy;Day off no mês do aniversário.
