Como Consultor Interno de Suporte ao Pós Venda, você será responsável por resolver problemas e solucionar dúvidas dos nossos clientes de forma ágil e eficiente, utilizando canais de comunicação como telefone, e-mail e chat. Você irá gerenciar as demandas dos clientes, acompanhando o cumprimento de prazos, qualidade dos serviços prestados e atuando na solução de possíveis problemas que possam ocorrer, garantindo a satisfação contínua do cliente. Além disso, trabalhará em estreita colaboração com a equipe comercial para identificar possíveis problemas e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de vendas e pós-vendas.Se você é uma pessoa dinâmica, proativa e com excelentes habilidades de comunicação e resolução de problemas, adoraríamos tê-lo(a) em nossa equipe!Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Resolver problemas e solucionar dúvidas dos clientes de forma ágil e eficiente, utilizando canais de comunicação como telefone, e-mail e chat;2. Gerenciar as demandas dos clientes e garantir a satisfação dos mesmos, acompanhando o cumprimento de prazos, qualidade dos serviços prestados e atuando na solução de possíveis problemas que possam ocorrer;3.
