Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa, preferencialmente em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.Certificação C-Pro R (antiga CPA-20) ativa, com conhecimento atualizado das normas e práticas do mercado financeiro.Habilidade de comunicação e oratória, com facilidade para conduzir apresentações, reuniões e interações com diferentes públicos.Experiência em ministrar treinamentos, workshops ou capacitações comerciais, atuando como multiplicador de conhecimento.Sólidos conhecimentos técnicos em previdência complementar, incluindo produtos, regimes tributários e planejamento de longo prazo.Vivência no mercado financeiro, com atuação em áreas comerciais, consultivas ou de relacionamento com clientes.
