Buscamos um consultor para atuar na construção e evolução da estratégia de preços, apoiando decisões que equilibrem competitividade, rentabilidade, coerência de preços, elasticidade e perfomance comercial.O profissional terá um papel chace na análise de dados, estruturar políticas, gerar insights e apoiar em tomadas de decisões.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver Análises e recomendações de preços considerando custos, margem, competividade, estoque, ciclo de vida, elasticidade e estratégia comercial;Monitorar preços de mercado concorrente, identificando oportunidades, riscos e movimentos relevantes;Desenvolver análises de elasticidade e sensibilidade a preço, apoiando a definição de preços e avaliação dos resultados das alterações realizadas;Elaborar e apoiar na definição da política de precificação e garantir que tenha aderência ao negócio e governança;Desenvolver análises para otimizar rentabilidade e estoque;Elaborar estudos e simulações de cenários de precificação para subsidiar decisões;identificar oportunidades de automação e melhorias no processo de Pricing;Apoiar em projetos estratégicos relacionados à evolução das ferramentas, modelos analíticos e capacidades da área de Pricing.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Técnicos e Experiência

Excel Avançado (VBA e Power Query); Experiência com ferramentas de BI, especialmente Power BI; Conhecimento em Python ou linguagens correlatas será considerado diferencial; Conhecimento de modelos estatísticos, elasticidade, simulações e análises preditivas; Capacidade de trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados, transformando análises em recomendações estratégicas; Experiência em áreas de Pricing ou Inteligência Comercial; Vivência em formação de preços, com foco em aspectos tributários e definições de precificação; Experiência em empresas de varejo, bens de consumo ou consultorias estratégicas será um diferencial.
