Auxiliar o cliente durante sua hospedagem, na resolução de possíveis problemas ou encaminhar para área responsável.Conferir status da base e atualizar a gestão, conferindo reserva terceiro, reserva canceladas e no-show.Elaborar análise da base filtrando principais informações dos clientes dentro do sistema TSE, mantendo os dados dos clientes atualizados, com o objetivo de verificar o perfil, histórico dos contratos, utilizações, negociações, reclamações e comportamentos desde aquisição inicial do primeiro produto, podendo vir pelo canal da Intercambiadora RCI ou por outros canais. Criar de forma antecipada, há data do Check-in, um relacionamento de atendimento ao hospede, e havendo qualquer observação, direcionar a gestão da área.  Participar dos eventos de relacionamento para os clientes fidelizados, com o foco no relacionamento e acolhimento das famílias, firmando o compromisso de agendar a apresentação do programa de férias, para que o cliente possa conhecer as novidades e benefícios.Captar clientes via telefone, WhatsApp ou pessoalmente no espaço do Complexo, com o objetivo de apresentar o Programa de Férias ou os outros produtos. Proporcionar ao cliente, experiências dentro do complexo, através do agendamento de jantares, camarotes do espaço VIP, entre outras experiências, fidelizando o relacionamento com o cliente. Realizar o controle mensal dos brindes, combos e cortesias oferecidos aos clientes mediante regras da política de prospecção. Agendar aos clientes, a visita ao showroom de atendimento.
