Estamos buscando um profissional para conduzir a gestão de riscos, controles e estratégias do ciclo de crédito. Você será responsável por atuar ativamente nos processos de gestão de risco de crédito e na garantia da qualidade do portfólio de crédito. O dia a dia envolve atividades analíticas e estratégicas ligadas à Prevenção e Lavagem de Dinheiro (PLD/FT), Análise de clientes (KYC), onboarding de novos clientes, avaliação de crédito e controle de inadimplência. Além disso, o profissional conduzirá o controle de qualidade de safras, gestão de cadastros, monitoramento de parceiros e de sistemas, além do desenvolvimento de análises, estudos e pilotos para o negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar nos processos e fluxos de onboarding de novos clientes, em canais físicos ou digitais, promovendo a melhor eficiência possível entre aprovação de novos clientes e controle da inadimplência.Atuar e monitorar processos de gestão de qualidade de cadastros, sua manutenção e devida utilização, buscando eficiência no contato ao cliente e atendimento das legislações específicas (PLD/FT e LGPD).Desenvolver ações para gestão de limites de crédito, potencializando a relação entre necessidade de uso pelos clientes e mitigação de exposição ao risco.Desenvolver, revisar e aprimorar as Políticas de Crédito, Limites e Prevenção a Fraude, garantindo a documentação devida e a governança necessária para que as ações realizadas estejam de acordo com os registros.Mensurar e interagir com parceiros externos de acordo com os objetos de contratação, potencializando o desempenho e promovendo a governança necessária para garantir bons resultados, sinergia com os objetivos do Grupo e segurança do tratamento de dados e informações.Atuar diretamente na implantação de novos sistemas (motores, modelos, bureaus, etc), atualizações desses ou novas funcionalidades, liderando as ações necessárias para integrar as soluções à arquitetura de crédito e potencializar a utilização e resultados.Acompanhar e influenciar diretamente nos indicadores: Taxa de Aprovação, Motivos de Negativas de Crédito, Inadimplência (Over30, 60 e 90 vs Mobs), Rolagens, Effics, Perda Líquida, FPD, Basis Point de Fraude, Performance de modelos de score; Custo de Crédito (avaliação, PDD, Cobrança).Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação Completa em Administração e áreas afins.Vivência em gestão de riscos, controles e estratégias do ciclo de crédito;Experiência com Processos de Crédito: Vivência prática com qualidade de portfólio de crédito, Prevenção e Lavagem de Dinheiro (PLD/FT), Análise de clientes (KYC), onboarding de novos clientes, avaliação de crédito e inadimplência;Conhecimento em controle de qualidade de safras, gestão de cadastros, estratégias de crédito e monitoramento de parceiros e de sistemas Domínio técnico em SQL, BI, Excel Avançado, SAS e R;Informações adicionaisPPR Anual Assistência médica UnimedAssistência OdontológicaRefeitório no localVale transporte conforme CLT Folga do dia do comerciário - Day Off
