Somos uma Incorporadora, Construtora e ImobiliáriaFazemos a aquisição do terreno, desenvolvemos os produtos, aprovamos, construímos e vendemos através de uma operação de vendas. Também realizamos todo o relacionamento com parceiros, vizinhança e clientes e assistência técnica aos proprietários e moradores. Desde 2010, em nossa criação, acreditamos no potencial de construção de histórias com nossos clientes e, para fazer parte de suas vidas, fomos além: estabelecemos um compromisso com a qualidade e empreendimentos eficientes. 💙ACREDITAMOS EM MUDANÇAS, PRINCIPALMENTE DE VIDAS. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciamento de empreiteiros (mão de obra civil).Definir e conduzir a estratégia de contratação de empreiteiros, mapeando o mercado local e garantindo cobertura de mão de obra qualificada para atendimento ao cronograma das obras.Backlog de Contratação: Cobertura de Mercado (nº de empreiteiros homologados por categoria).Executar cotações e negociações comerciais com empreiteiros, elaborando mapas de cotação e fechando contratos de empreitada que garantam o melhor equilíbrio entre custo, qualidade técnica e prazo.Garantir a contratação tempestiva de empreiteiros dentro dos SLAs definidos, acompanhando a disponibilidade de mão de obra por categoria e apoiando a Engenharia na mitigação de riscos de atraso de obra.Prospectar, desenvolver e homologar novos empreiteiros, ampliando o pool de parceiros qualificados e reduzindo o risco de indisponibilidade de mão de obra.Monitorar o desempenho dos empreiteiros contratados (qualidade da execução, cumprimento de prazo, aderência técnica), atuando em conjunto com a Engenharia/Obras para tratativas, feedbacks e ações de melhoria contínua na relação com os parceiros.Criação e gerenciamento de contratos de empreitada (mão de obra).Elaboração de mapas de cotação e negociação comercial com empreiteiros.Prospecção e cadastro de novos empreiteiros, ampliando a base de parceiros qualificados.Interface direta e constante com Engenharia/Obras para definição de escopo e cronograma físico.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo: Graduação em Administração, Engenharia Civil, Arquitetura ou correlatas.Desejável: Pós Graduação, Especialização, MBA, Mestrado e/ou extensão em Compras.Conhecimento em Macro Economia.Habilidade  Análise de TCO e Make or Buy.Conhecimento ferramentas intermediário/avançado Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI).Conhecimento e/ ou experiência em ERP (SAP, ARIBA, SIENGE E MEGA outros)Conhecimento de processos (POP, PDCA, Plano de Ação, Análises de causas etc).Desejável:Conhecimento de índices e indicadores de mercado.Leilão Eletrônico.Conhecimento sobre a legislação tributária (ISS, INSS, encargos trabalhistas).
