No seu dia a dia você terá como atividades:Analisar, acompanhar e apoiar integrações entre sistemas corporativos;Monitorar interfaces e identificar possíveis falhas nas integrações;Atuar na investigação e resolução de incidentes;Realizar e acompanhar testes, homologações e implantações;Apoiar fornecedores e áreas internas na análise e definição de soluções técnicas;Realizar abertura, classificação e acompanhamento de chamados;Apoiar a análise de logs e registros relacionados às integrações;Documentar integrações, processos, regras técnicas e procedimentos;Apoiar a evolução contínua dos sistemas e integrações corporativas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você tem:Graduação concluída em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em desenvolvimento Web;Conhecimento básico de arquitetura de integração, incluindo conceitos de EAI, middleware, APIs e protocolos como REST, SOAP, OData e SFTP;Familiaridade com monitoramento de interfaces, como Message Processing Log, Integration Flows e alertas de erro;Noções de linguagens de mapeamento e scripting, como Groovy, XSLT e JavaScript, mesmo que em nível introdutório;Experiência prévia com abertura, classificação e acompanhamento de chamados;Fundamentos de redes, incluindo noções de TCP/IP, portas, firewall, proxy e VPN;Conhecimento básico de certificados digitais (SSL/TLS) e autenticação, como usuário/senha, OAuth e chaves;Noções de SQL básico, incluindo consultas simples (SELECT) para localização de registros ou logs relacionados a integrações;Conhecimento para leitura e interpretação de XML e JSON.Será considerado desejável/diferencial:Experiência em suporte ou operação de ambientes SAP (Web), especialmente vivência com SAP CPI/Integration Suite;Vivência com ERP TOTVS Protheus;Conhecimentos em ADVPL e/ou TLPP;Conhecimentos em Angular e TypeScript.
