Será responsável por acompanhar a qualidade das entregas, apoiar treinamentos junto ao time e identificar oportunidades de otimização, inovação e evolução dos processos operacionais.A posição terá atuação próxima às equipes, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e a implementação de soluções que promovam maior eficiência, padronização e qualidade na operação.
