A Yep Solutions, empresa do Grupo Ártico, atua no mercado de serviços, manutenção e locação de equipamentos para automação comercial, oferecendo soluções completas de coletores de dados, impressoras, leitores e terminais de ponto de venda, com manutenção inclusa. Fazemos parte de um grupo de tecnologia consolidado no mercado de AIDC, POS e automação, distribuidor de marcas como Zebra, Chainway, Bluebird, Point Mobile e TSC. Estamos em expansão e buscamos um(a) Vendedor(a) Interno para integrar o time comercial da Yep, atuando na prospecção, negociação e fechamento de contratos de locação de equipamentos, com foco em construir relacionamentos de longo prazo com nossos clientes parceiros.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspectar ativamente novos clientes para locação de equipamentos de automação (coletores de dados, impressoras, leitores, PDVs), via telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn e outros canais outbound.Conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas interno: apresentação da proposta de valor da locação, levantamento de necessidade técnica do cliente, elaboração de proposta comercial e negociação.Elaborar e enviar propostas comerciais de locação, incluindo prazos contratuais, SLA de manutenção e condições comerciais;Atuar em parceria com os times dos canais/revenda para identificar oportunidades e, oferta da modalidade de locação, que complementa com a de Venda Manter atualizado o CRM/funil de vendas com histórico de interações, estágio da oportunidade e previsão de fechamento;Acompanhar indicadores comerciais (taxa de conversão, ticket médio, ciclo de vendas) e reportar periodicamente à liderança comercialRealizar follow-up de propostas em aberto;Reativação de clientes inativos da base de locação e possiveis ativações de novos parceiros;Colaborar com o time técnico/operacional/produtos para viabilizar prazos de entrega e instalação dos equipamentos locados (SLAs)Apoiar em renovações e upsell de contratos de locação vigentes;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com vendas internas, de preferência em tecnologia ou locação de equipamentos; Perfil comunicativo, organizado e orientado a resultados; Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Barueri/Alphaville.
