Somos um grupo multimarcas que atua na comercialização de veículos novos, seminovos, acessórios, consórcios, frota, seguros e pós-vendas realizado na nossa rede de concessionárias além do serviço de locação (mobilidade). Buscamos um(a) Consultor(a) de Vendas Digitais para Realizar a prospecção, qualificação e atendimento consultivo de clientes dos canais digitais e dos agendamentos no showroom, conduzindo todo o processo comercial de forma personalizada e orientada às necessidades do cliente, assegurando o fechamento da venda, satisfação e fidelização do cliente. Se você é uma pessoa ágil, que encanta o cliente e preza pela excelência em resultados, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Nós somos o Grupo NewChase e crescemos juntos!Responsabilidades e atribuições• Prospectar ativamente clientes cadastrados através dos sistemas de CRM, redes sociais e demais canais digitais da concessionária.• Realizar o gerenciamento da agenda diária, garantindo retorno rápido aos leads e priorização conforme regras comerciais.• Identificar oportunidades de negócio por meio de follow-up estruturado, retomando contatos e acompanhando leads ao longo do funil de vendas.• Atender clientes de forma consultiva via telefone, WhatsApp, videoconferência e demais canais digitais, aplicando padrão de abordagem comercial alinhado ao modelo organizacional.• Diagnosticar as necessidades do cliente e apresentar o mix de produtos, destacando diferenciais, versões, pacotes e condições comerciais.• Utilizar matemática financeira básica e fundamentos de F&I para orientar o cliente nas opções de compra, planos de financiamento, taxas, parcelas e possibilidades de troca e habilidade para realizar cotações através do FANDI, CHD (Plataformas utilizadas pelos principais bancos do grupo).• Esclarecer dúvidas sobre políticas comerciais, incentivos de montadoras, campanhas e condições especiais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você possui:• Ensino Médio Completo.• Desejável Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.• Experiência prévia em Vendas, preferencialmente no ramo automotivo/concessionária de veículos.• Conhecimento em Técnicas de Vendas, Negociação e Atendimento ao Cliente.• Conhecimento em Matemática Financeira.• Noções de Informática e em Sistemas de Gestão de Vendas e CRM.• Direção Defensiva• Conhecimento do Processo de Vendas da Montadora • Habilidade com ferramentas digitais e prospecção de clientesSe identificou com o desafio?
