Reporta-se ao Gerente de Loja. Buscamos um perfil comprometido, determinado, que busca desenvolvimento profissional e focado em resultados, que goste de desafios e tenha atitude de liderança.Se você é esse profissional, então, venha fazer parte do nosso time!#pracimatransformandopessoas 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar diariamente, venda de produtos e de serviços com técnicas de prospecção de vendas;Abordagens em campo, frente de loja, calçadões entre outros;Realizar diariamente, serviço de pós-venda em loja e tele atendimento;Administrar a divulgação dos produtos e serviços, através de postagens digitais, feiras e workshops para divulgação da marca e apresentação de portfólios;Fornecer diariamente ao cliente, informações seguras e precisas sobre as características do produto, preços e serviços;Realizar diariamente, a organização e aparência da loja seguindo o processo padrão de layout estabelecido;Garantir a organização da loja para melhor visibilidade dos produtos, manter a identidade visual da marca e melhorar oportunidade de venda.Liderar a equipe de Consultores garantindo engajamento da equipe no padrão dos processos de trabalho. Realizar periodicamente ou quando necessário, treinamentos designados para a equipe de Consultores, disseminar e fortalecer campanhas de vendas e de incentivo à toda a equipe. Controlar e definir junto aos Consultores subordinados o alcance de metas, através de controle de relatórios de indicadores e feedbacks com a equipe. Realizar pesquisas de tecnologia de mercado, periodicamente ou quando necessário, por meio de buscas de internet, network, entre outros.
