Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo seu dia a dia você irá:Recepcionar e atender clientes de forma consultiva, proporcionando uma experiência de compra diferenciada;Identificar necessidades e oferecer as melhores soluções em produtos, serviços e tecnologias Claro;Prospectar novos clientes por meio de ações comerciais, contatos e oportunidades de negócio;Desenvolver relacionamento com os clientes, realizando acompanhamento e pós-venda;Contribuir para o atingimento das metas individuais e da loja, sempre com foco na excelência do atendimento;Participar da divulgação de campanhas, ofertas e ações comerciais da empresa;Manter a organização da loja, garantindo a correta exposição dos produtos e o cumprimento dos padrões da marca;Buscar constantemente atualização sobre produtos, serviços e tendências do mercado para oferecer a melhor experiência aos clientes.Requisitos e qualificações O que esperamos de você:Ensino Médio;Facilidade com tecnologia e ferramentas digitais;Boa comunicação e facilidade para se relacionar com pessoas;Perfil proativo, comprometido e orientado para resultados;Disponibilidade para atuar em horário de shopping/comércio, conforme escala.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Experiência com vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou varejo;Vivência no segmento de telecomunicações;Conhecimento em técnicas de prospecção e negociação;Conhecimento em Excel.Não possui experiência em Telecom?Sem problemas!Valorizamos pessoas com vontade de aprender e desenvolver novas habilidades.
