Vem ser Orguel!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Consultor de Vendas PL, suas responsabilidades serão:• Realizar vendas externas, atendendo clientes, identificando suas necessidades e propondo soluções, além de prospectar novos negócios por meio de visitas a clientes, obras e prospects;• Gerenciar e fortalecer a carteira de clientes da região, mantendo relacionamentos comerciais, cumprindo o cronograma de visitas e realizando viagens periódicas para ampliar oportunidades de negócios;• Elaborar propostas comerciais de locação, apresentar produtos e suas especificações técnicas, negociar condições comerciais e acompanhar as negociações até sua conclusão;• Acompanhar os indicadores de performance comercial, registrar as atividades e visitas realizadas no CRM e elaborar relatórios com informações sobre vendas, locações e clientes potenciais;• Manter-se atualizado sobre o portfólio de produtos, concorrência e tendências de mercado, contribuindo com informações para as áreas internas e participando de feiras, eventos e workshops;• Apoiar as atividades da equipe comercial, incluindo o relacionamento com clientes inadimplentes quando necessário, sempre zelando pela imagem e reputação da Orguel e pelo cumprimento dos procedimentos internos. Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara ocupar este cargo, os requisitos mínimos são:• Ensino Técnico Completo na Área de Edificações, Mecânica e Correlatadas;• Informática Intermediário;• Carteira de Habilitação "B"Será um diferencial se você possuir: • Ensino Superior Completo em Administração e/ou Áreas correlatadas.Informações adicionaisAo entrar para o nosso time, a Orguel oferece os seguintes benefícios!🚌 Transporte: Vale Transporte para o seu deslocamento.🍽️ Alimentação: Vale Alimentação ou Vale Refeição, para você escolher o que for melhor para o seu dia a dia.🏥 Assistência Médica e Odontológica: Para você e seus dependentes.
