O Consultor Comercial Sênior I irá realizar a apresentação dos conceitos de venda externa de peças online e captar potenciais concessionárias para promoção da venda externa, por meio de análise de potencial e KPIs. Irá realizar a apresentação dos conceitos de vendas online (e-commerce) e captar potenciais concessionárias para a loja oficial Volkswagen no Mercado Livre, Peças.VW, Shopee e outros marketplaces, por meio de análise de potencial e KPIs.Irá realizar o diagnóstico inicial, com elaboração de planilha com os principais indicadores do projeto que deverão ser coletados, o cronograma de trabalho, com elaboração do cronograma de visitas e implementação, e o plano de ação, com estabelecimento de atividades que precisam ser desempenhadas pela concessionária para implementação dos processos de venda externa de peças e acessórios originais. Todas as atividades precisam ter data de início e conclusão e devem ser acompanhadas pelo consultor, respeitando os prazos estabelecidos.O resultado esperado é o incremento das vendas (VAREJO) dos concessionários Volkswagen, através da venda externa de Peças e Acessórios originais Volkswagen.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnálise dados e indicadores:  Atacado (“online” e “online”)  e Varejo (“online” e “ online”). Base de clientes. Integrações DMS & VEP.  Itens mais vendidos.  Itens com potencial de vendas.  Posicionamento de preços.  Margens de venda.  Elaboração de indicadores (KPIs), com base nos dados extraídos.  Desenvolvimento de relatórios de análise de dados.  Realização de pesquisas de mercado usando fontes de dados orientadas ao negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.Inglês intermediário.Obrigatório CNH categoria B. Obrigatório experiência na Rede de Concessionárias, Pós Vendas (peças e acessórios automotivos). Disponibilidade para viagens (esporádicas).Habilidade com análise de dados e estratégia. Perfil com habilidades de persuasão, resiliência, organização, gestão do tempo e negociação.Informações adicionaisCondições:Contratação CLT, em Jabaquara/SP - modelo híbrido.Residir na cidade de São Paulo, Grande SP e região (São Bernardo do Campo) - Atendimento à Região SP Capital e Grande SP. Benefícios:• Vale Alimentação• Vale Refeição• Plano de Saúde Sulamerica• Plano Odontológico Sulamerica •
