Desenvolver, assegurar aplicação e monitorar processos, programas e projetos de desenvolvimento humano e organizacional, contribuindo para o alcance dos objetivos estratégicos da área e da organização.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir projetos, programas e ações de desenvolvimento ligados a cargos estratégicos de liderança, tais como desempenho, sucessão, trainee de lideranças a nível tático-estratégico, contribuindo com os objetivos estratégicos da organização;Assessorar os gestores e os profissionais da área de gestão de pessoas, na execução de todos os processos de desenvolvimento tais como feedbacks, avaliações, treinamentos, planos de ação, sucessão e demais soluções de responsabilidade da área, para garantir a efetividade dos mesmos e contribuir para o alcance dos objetivos estratégicos da organização;Analisar os processos e as soluções de aprendizagem disponíveis, propor melhorias ou novas ações que potencializem o aprendizado e reduzam desperdícios, maximizando a agregação de valor da área;Organizar o ciclo de pesquisa de clima organizacional, acompanhar a adesão, analisar e apresentar os resultados propondo estratégias, ações e planos que contribuam para um bom ambiente de trabalho;Elaborar, ministrar e acompanhar programas, treinamentos, formações, projetos e trilhas (soluções de aprendizagem) para desenvolver competências e habilidades nas pessoas, a fim de contribuir com os objetivos estratégicos da organização;Ser referência para os demais analistas e consultores da área na elaboração dos processos, programas e projetos para desenvolvimento humano e organizacional visando assegurar a integração, entre as ações e atendimento dos objetivos estratégicos;Planejar anualmente a aplicação dos programas, projetos, cursos, formações e ações desenvolvimento, considerando público-alvo, objetivos e metas relativos a cada um deles, para proporcionar previsibilidade de ações, organização de agendas dos participantes e condições de execução para os consultores dedicados;Prever orçamento anual ligado aos projetos e ações da área e monitorar a sua correta execução, a fim de avaliar oportunidades para gestão e direcionamento, contribuindo com objetivos estratégicos da organização;Buscar parcerias junto a instituições externas e avaliar as existentes para o aprimoramento do desenvolvimento da empresa e de seus colaboradores, a fim de assegurar a efetividade das ações realizadas pela área;Elaborar, implementar e monitorar continuamente melhorias e inovações nos processos visando perpetuar a cultura da empresa, atingir as metas e os objetivos da área, respeitando a legislação vigente;Propor estratégias de desenvolvimento utilizando a plataforma de educação da empresa, através da elaboração de conteúdos e da criação de cursos e trilhas para assegurar a correta utilização dos recursos contratados para os colaboradores e terceiros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPós-graduação em Andamento em de Gestão de Pessoas, Educação Corporativa e Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, e/ou áreas afins;Experiência em atividades de desenvolvimento e treinamento;Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em filiais de RS, SC, PR ou SP;CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para viagens.
