Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaboração e desenvolvimento de projetos de PCI (Proteção e Combate a Incêndio) e projetos hidrossanitários alinhados às normas técnicas vigentes.Análise e atendimento de comunique-se e demais exigências em processos legais junto a órgãos aprovadores.Gestão do desenvolvimento de projetos terceirizados, garantindo prazos, escopo e qualidade técnica.Colaboração contínua junto à equipe de arquitetos no desenvolvimento de projetos integrados.Condução e facilitação de reuniões com terceiros contratados e órgãos aprovadores de projetos.Realização de visitas técnicas para levantamento de requisitos em unidades existentes e/ou recém-adquiridas.Fornecimento de suporte técnico em reuniões com equipes internas para atendimento a demandas multidisciplinares da companhia.Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatório:Formação superior completa em Engenharia.Experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos no desenvolvimento de projetos de proteção e combate contra incêndio (PCI) e projetos de instalações hidrossanitárias.Domínio de AutoCAD para desenho e detalhamento técnico.Sólido conhecimento prático das normas técnicas e processos aplicáveis a instalações de incêndio e hidrossanitárias.Domínio do Excel em nível intermediário.Perfil comportamental focado em trabalho colaborativo, proatividade, resiliência, comprometimento, além de forte liderança e capacidade de autogestão.Desejável:Vivência prévia com gestão de terceiros e relacionamento com órgãos públicos/aprovadores.Experiência em empresas de médio ou grande porte nos setores de varejo, corporativo ou construção civil.
