- Liderar a gestão do pipeline de aquisições de ISPs, incluindo prospecção, análise, qualificação e priorização de oportunidades estratégicas.- Conduzir negociações com empresários, provedores regionais, assessorias especializadas e parceiros estratégicos, buscando a melhor estrutura para cada transação.- Coordenar processos de Due Diligence financeira, jurídica, operacional, regulatória e técnica.- Estruturar e acompanhar toda a documentação relacionada às operações, incluindo NDAs, contratos, memorandos, instrumentos societários e contratos de compra e venda.- Liderar projetos de aquisição e integração de provedores, garantindo uma transição eficiente e captura das sinergias planejadas após o fechamento.- Desenvolver e implementar modelos de aquisição de ISPs por meio da rede de franquias, ampliando a capilaridade e a geração de valor para o negócio.- Elaborar e analisar Business Cases, estudos de viabilidade, valuation, projeções financeiras, análises de sinergia, rentabilidade, churn e retorno sobre investimento.- Atuar de forma transversal com áreas como Jurídico, Financeiro, Controladoria, Engenharia, Operações, Franquias e Diretoria Executiva para viabilizar projetos estratégicos.- Gerenciar parceiros externos especializados em MA, originação de negócios e assessoria financeira.- Conduzir fóruns executivos e comitês de acompanhamento das oportunidades, monitorando negociações, riscos, aprovações e próximos passos.- Acompanhar operações estratégicas de aquisição, garantindo alinhamento documental, jurídico e financeiro até o fechamento da transação.- Apoiar a construção de processos, governança, indicadores e fluxos de aprovação para novos investimentos e iniciativas de expansão.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO profissional ideal para esta posição deve reunir sólida experiência em Desenvolvimento de Negócios, Fusões e Aquisições (M&A), análise financeira e negociações estratégicas, aliada à capacidade de liderar projetos complexos e multifuncionais de elevado impacto para o negócio. Espera-se uma atuação consultiva e protagonista na condução de processos de aquisição de ponta a ponta, desde a originação de oportunidades, avaliação econômica e estruturação das transações até o fechamento e integração das operações adquiridas.
