O profissional será o ponto focal de médias lideranças e colaboradores, apoiando na gestão de pessoas, desenvolvimento de talentos, clima organizacional e rituais de liderança.Principais ResponsabilidadesParceria Estratégica: Apoiar os gestores das áreas de negócio na tomada de decisões relativas à gestão de pessoas (movimentações, promoções, desligamentos e mérito).Ciclo de Gente & Gestão: Garantir a execução e a aderência dos processos corporativos de RH nas áreas de negócio (Avaliação de Desempenho, Rituais de Feedback, PDI, Calibragem e Planejamento de Sucessão).Atração e Seleção: Atuar em sinergia com a área de Talent Acquisition para garantir o preenchimento de vagas estratégicas e o alinhamento do perfil cultural e técnico dos candidatos.Clima e Cultura: Analisar indicadores de eNPS, pesquisas de clima e turnover, diagnosticando problemas e desenhando planos de ação específicos para as dores de cada diretoria/área.Desenvolvimento: Identificar gaps de competências e liderança nas áreas sob sua gestão, desenhando ou direcionando soluções de treinamento junto à área de Aprendizagem.Relações Trabalhistas: Mediar conflitos internos, apoiar na gestão de casos complexos de conduta e garantir que as práticas da área estejam alinhadas à legislação trabalhista e políticas internas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consolidada atuando como HRBP ou em posições generalistas de RH com foco em atendimento ao cliente interno.Experiência em atendimento as áreas corporativas como Comercial, Marketing, Finanças, etc.Experiência em desenvolvimento de líderes e atuação de influência com lideranças.Sólido conhecimento nos subsistemas de RH (Remuneração, Recrutamento, T&D, Gestão de Desempenho).Capacidade analítica para trabalhar com dados e indicadores.Inglês intermediário/avançado.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, escuta ativa e facilidade para transitar entre diferentes níveis hierárquicos.DesejáveisPós-graduação, MBA ou especialização em Gestão de Pessoas, Psicologia Organizacional ou Negócios.Certificações em metodologias de Gestão de Mudança (ex: Prosci) e/ou ferramentas de assessment (ex: DISC/ HOGAN).
