Na soma de energias diversas - raças, gêneros, orientações sexuais, deficiências, gerações - ampliamos nossa capacidade e elevamos a criatividade para gerar a inovação que desejamos.Estamos em busca de profissional com expertise em atuação em jurídico consultivo de contratos, objetivando prevenir e mitigar riscos associados às atividades da companhia, bem como garantir o cumprimento da legislação e melhor estratégia para o negócio.                                       Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, revisar e negociar documentos, contratos e/ou acordos de diversas complexidades, incluindo contratos estruturantes de empreendimentos, EPCs, turnkeys, acordos de confidencialidade, contratos de compras em geral (suprimentos), dentre outros;Realizar suporte e orientação jurídica aos clientes internos de todas as áreas da companhia, com ênfase nas áreas de Suprimentos, Engenharia e operação de usinas; Apoiar na gestão contratual e orientações jurídicas ligadas à gestão contratual em geral, inclusive de implantação de empreendimentos.Conhecimento em LGPD e Propriedade Intelectual.Requisitos e qualificações●  Bacharelado em Direito, com inscrição na OAB  ●  Pós graduação em Contratos e/ou Direito Empresarial (pode ser um diferencial)                ●  Vivência com contratos ●  Inglês Avançado ●  Conhecimentos do setor de energiaInformações adicionaisPerfil generalista, com foco em apoio jurídico ao negócio
