Estamos procurando um Consultor(a) Jurídico(a), para atuar diretamente na área de Regime Próprio de Previdência Social (RPPS), sendo responsável pelo suporte jurídico consultivo e analítico nos processos de concessão de benefícios previdenciários (como aposentadorias, pensões, entre outros). É uma função estratégica que exige rigor técnico, atualização constante frente à legislação previdenciária e constitucional, e compromisso com a legalidade dos atos administrativos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesAnalisar e emitir pareceres jurídicos fundamentados sobre processos de concessão e revisão de benefícios do RPPS.

Interpretar e aplicar a legislação previdenciária municipal, estadual e federal, bem como as regras constitucionais vigentes.

Garantir a conformidade legal de todos os atos e decisões administrativas relacionados aos segurados.

Experiências e conhecimentos necessáriosExperiência prévia com Direito Previdenciário (público), preferencialmente com foco em RPPS (Regime Próprio) ou Direito Administrativo. Experiência em análise de processos concessórios de aposentadorias e pensões será um diferencial importante.Domínio do Pacote Office (Word e Excel).Facilidade para sistemas informatizados de gestão pública e previdenciária.Requisitos e qualificações FormaçãoEnsino Superior completo em Direito, com inscrição ativa e regular na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).Competências desejadas  Excelente redação jurídica; Raciocínio lógico analítico apurado; Facilidade de interpretação de textos de lei e jurisprudência; Boa comunicação e proatividade.Cursos e certificaçõesEspecialização, pós-graduação ou cursos de extensão em Direito Previdenciário (com foco em RPPS) ou Direito Administrativo.Informações adicionais
