Prestar assistência em práticas assistenciais, promovendo a saúde do associado através de ações planejadas e desenvolvidas com base em saberes técnicos científicos, sustentados em princípios éticos e legais da profissão.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o acompanhamento e monitoramento das notificações dos eventos adversos e não conformidades;Gerir o núcleo de segurança do paciente;Implantar o fluxo de eventos adversos e não conformidades, acompanhar e monitorar planos de melhorias;Preparar o conteúdo das aulas e realizar treinamentos sobre as ferramentas do sistema de gestão da qualidade e protocolos de segurança;Realizar visita técnica aos setores para identificar oportunidades de melhorias nos processos e fluxos assistenciais;Monitorar o cumprimento da totalidade dos planos de ações das visitas da qualidade, conforme prazo acordado;Dar suporte à implantação dos protocolos mínimos de segurança;Acompanhar os indicadores estratégicos da empresa;Organizar e assegurar a integração admissional e acompanhamento dos novos colaboradores da equipe de enfermagem.Realizar o levantamento das necessidades de treinamento com o tripé de gestão.Promover e divulgar, juntamente com o apoio dos coordenadores, os treinamentos e capacitações para a equipe de enfermagem;Auxiliar a Gerência Coorporativa de Práticas Assistenciais na elaboração do conteúdo das aulas;Realizar o monitoramento dos indicadores de treinamentos e cumprir as metas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos necessários:Superior Completo em Enfermagem.Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN).Pós Graduação na área assistencial ou gestão.Experiência em Acreditação Hospitalar.Habilidade avançada com o gerenciamento de dados, incluindo Pacote OfficeRequisitos desejáveis:Especialização na área de atuação e em gestão.Vivência com TreinamentosInformações adicionaisO que oferecemos?Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Vale Alimentação/Refeição;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida;Parcerias e descontos com Instituições de Ensino;TotalPass (parceria com academias);Plano de Carreira.
