A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora! Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe! Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar! Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuições• Promover ações de capacitação dos colaboradores com relação a mecanismos que visem à Segurança do Paciente com as medidas preventivas para riscos identificados;  • Acompanhar à implantação dos protocolos mínimos de segurança;  • Gerenciar indicadores de Adesão aos treinamentos corporativos e cumprimento das metas do hospital de sua responsabilidade • Executar as notificações no sistema NOTIVISA nos hospitais da rede hapvida;  • Gerenciar as notificações dos eventos adversos e não conformidades;  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais da área;  • Participar das comissões corporativas, periodicamente, para alinhamento estratégico e acompanhamento das ações;  • Apoiar as unidades no processo de certificações da qualidade;  • Realizar integração da enfermagem ;  • Apoiar a gestão local na avaliação, demissões e contratações de profissionais da equipe de consultores de práticas assistenciais;  • Elaborar e validar POP’s, Protocolos, política e normas;  • Acompanhar a gestão dos documentos relacionados as qualidade e segurança do paciente conforme política de gestão de documentos da rede;  • Auxiliar na atualização anual da política de segurança do paciente e documentos do núcleo de segurança do paciente;   • Coordenar as ações técnicas do Departamento em relação aos processos de trabalhos, programas, estruturas por meio de reuniões, para apoiar no desenvolvimento das atividades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Graduação completa - EnfermagemEspecialização Pós graduação - em Segurança do Paciente, ou áreas afinsInformações adicionaisCarga horária: 180:00 Mensais | 08:00 - 16:12 SEG A SEX (5X2)Unidade: RJ - HOSP E MATER JACAREPAGUAO que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens Hapvida (programa de descontos);
