Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um Consultor Sênior de Tributos Indiretos com domínio técnico para atuar na gestão de rotinas fiscais complexas, garantia do compliance tributário e identificação de oportunidades de otimização fiscal para nossos clientes/operações. A vaga também esta aberta para cidades de Salvador/BA e Recife/PE, podendo os candidatos residirem nessas localizações.Principais ResponsabilidadesApuração Fiscal: Liderar e validar a apuração de impostos indiretos (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ICMS-ST e IPI), garantindo a correta aplicação das alíquotas, créditos e benefícios fiscais aplicáveis.Obrigações Acessórias: Assumir a elaboração, revisão e entrega das declarações do SPED (EFD-Contribuições / PIS-COFINS e EFD ICMS/IPI - SPED Fiscal), assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos legais e a consistência das informações prestadas ao Fisco.Consultoria Técnica: Prestar suporte técnico e emitir pareceres sobre a legislação tributária federal e estadual aplicada ao negócio, orientando sobre impactos fiscais em novos projetos, operações e processos.Auditoria e Diagnóstico: Identificar riscos tributários, divergências de parametrização fiscal (classificação fiscal/NCM, CST, CFOP) e propor melhorias nos fluxos operacionais e sistemas (ERP).Atendimento a Auditorias e Fiscalizações: Atuar na preparação de documentos, levantamentos e esclarecimentos técnicos para auditores internos, externos e órgãos fiscalizadores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Graduação concluída em Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou Administração.Experiência: Sólida vivência prática em apuração de PIS, COFINS, ICMS e IPI.Domínio do SPED: Experiência comprovada na elaboração, validação e cruzamento de dados de obrigações acessórias (EFD-PIS/COFINS e EFD-Reinf/SPED Fiscal).Ferramentas: Excel avançado para manipulação e análise de grandes volumes de dados.Habilidades e Competências DesejáveisVisão analítica, orientação a detalhes e autonomia no gerenciamento de prazos.Boa comunicação interpessoal para interface com áreas internas e clientes.Conhecimento das diretrizes da Reforma Tributária sobre o consumo será um grande diferencial.
