Buscamos um(a) profissional com forte atuação técnica em dados e gestão para integrar nossa equipe. A posição tem foco em estruturar bases de dados e viabilizar análises estatísticas para a extração de informações estratégicas. Procuramos perfis dinâmicos, com vivência prática no ecossistema moderno de tecnologia.  

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesArquitetura e Engenharia de Dados: Desenvolver, estruturar, organizar e gerenciar grandes volumes de dados dentro da plataforma central da companhia.   Migração e Modernização de Sistemas: Conduzir a transição de estruturas de dados oriundas de sistemas legados (como ClickView) para o ambiente homologado e oficial da empresa, com ênfase total no uso do Databricks.   Modelagem e Análise Estatística: Estabelecer a estruturação lógica das informações para apoiar a criação de modelos estatísticos e analíticos voltados para as demandas da área.   Geração de Insights e Extrações: Transformar dados complexos em extrações de valor, entregando indicadores por meio de dashboards, relatórios estruturados ou soluções integradas de consulta rápida.   Otimização de Processos Analíticos: Identificar gargalos nos fluxos atuais de dados, propondo melhorias técnicas e automações para garantir eficiência e agilidade nas entregas da equipe.   Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Superior completo preferencialmente em áreas tecnológicas. Profissionais de outras áreas de exatas com sólida vivência técnica em manipulação de dados também são considerados.
