Somos um grupo multimarcas que atua na comercialização de veículos novos, seminovos, acessórios, consórcios, frota, seguros e pós-vendas realizado na nossa rede de concessionárias além do serviço de locação (mobilidade). Buscamos um(a) Consultor técnico de funilaria para Atender clientes e seguradoras, elaborar orçamentos de funilaria e pintura, acompanhar os serviços executados e garantir a correta tratativa técnica e comercial dos reparos, assegurando qualidade, agilidade, rentabilidade e satisfação do cliente.Se você é uma pessoa ágil, que encanta o cliente e preza pela excelência em resultados, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Nós somos o Grupo NewChase e crescemos juntos!Responsabilidades e atribuições• Realizar atendimento aos clientes e seguradoras da concessionária, presencialmente ou por telefone, adotando postura empática e cordial para assegurar a excelência no atendimento e a plena satisfação do cliente.• Prestar suporte técnico durante todas as etapas do serviço, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre orçamento, etapas do reparo, garantias e prazos de entrega.• Receber peritos das seguradoras, acompanhando a vistoria e fornecendo informações técnicas necessárias para validação dos reparos.• Receber veículos para execução dos serviços, preenchendo check-list de recebimento, registrando condições gerais, itens pessoais e avarias pré-existentes.• Acompanhar o progresso dos reparos na oficina, monitorando etapas de funilaria, preparação, pintura, montagem e acabamento.• Manter o cliente informado sobre a evolução do serviço, alterações de prazo ou necessidades adicionais, garantindo transparência e qualidade no atendimento.• Validar e inspecionar os serviços concluídos, garantindo conformidade com padrões técnicos da montadora e qualidade do acabamentoRequisitos e qualificaçõesSe você possui:• Ensino Médio Completo • Desejável Curso Técnico em Mecânica Automotiva, Funilaria, Pintura ou áreas correlatas.• Possui CNH Categoria B Ativa.• Experiência em orçamentos e atendimento técnico de funilaria e pintura em concessionária ou oficina.• Vivência em tratativas com seguradoras, peritos e portais de autorização.• Experiência com abertura e acompanhamento de OS e fluxo produtivo de funilaria e pintura.• Processos de seguradoras e portais de sinistro.• Conhecimento técnico em análise de avarias, funilaria e pintura.Se identificou com o desafio?
