Junte-se a nós e faça parte de uma história de sucesso que continuará sendo escrita nos próximos anos!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConhecer a região onde atua, afim de entender quais são as pragas, doenças e produtos trabalhados, construir um histórico da região para atender a carteira de clientes e prospectar novos; Auxiliar o produtor na parte técnica quanto a sua lavoura (identificando pragas, doenças e plantas daninhas) para sanar dúvidas e problemas; Fazer a gestão da carteira de clientes, mantendo contato próximo e visitas constantes para fidelização do cliente; Realizar visitas de porta a porta para prospectar novos clientes; Solicitar documentos e atualizar o cadastro dos clientes sempre que necessário; Realizar a apresentação e negociação comercial dos produtos pertencentes ao nosso portifólio; Tirar os pedidos dos clientes; Acompanhar a entrega dos produtos e posicionamento correto do uso; Auxiliar nos treinamentos dos asistentes técnicos de vendas, dando suporte em sua formação; Montar junto ao Assist.
