Valorizamos a diversidade e acreditamos que todas as pessoas são bem-vindas.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Oferecer aos clientes um atendimento telefônico e presencial profissional, diferenciado e de qualidade;  • Orientar os clientes quanto as garantias de produtos e serviços e sobre os procedimentos realizados; • Negociar com os clientes condições de pagamento e entrega de serviços; • Realizar e apoiar o pós-vendas, pós-orçamento, felicitação aos aniversariantes e ligação para revisão de segurança, contato com clientes inativos e outros; • Atuar fortemente em ações planejadas para atrair CAT´s, assegurando que todas as ações sejam orientadas a cumprir com os padrões e valores da cia. • Acompanhar todas as ações promocionais internas e/ou externas de fornecedores de forma proativa, para que a empresa busque melhores negociações; • Ser a pessoa fundamental para garantir que os serviços contratados pelo cliente sejam realizados pela área técnica; • Responsável pela exposição e organização dos produtos na área de atendimento da loja; Requisitos e qualificações• Ensino médio completo;  • Desejável: Curso técnico ou ensino superior cursando • Noções básicas de informática; • Possuir CNH categoria D • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente. • Desejável: Conhecimento no segmento automotivo
