Nosso cliente é uma das maiores companhias brasileiras, com operações de alta complexidade e atuação em diferentes mercados no Brasil e no exterior.Buscamos profissionais com sólida experiência em Planejamento Tributário e Impostos Indiretos, perfil consultivo e forte visão de negócio, para atuação próxima às áreas operacionais e comerciais, em diferentes frentes do negócio, incluindo industrial, agro e bens de consumo.A posição também terá participação relevante nas demandas decorrentes da Reforma Tributária, apoiando a análise de impactos e a adequação de processos, operações e modelos de negócio às novas regras.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como parceiro tributário das áreas de negócio, apoiando demandas consultivas relacionadas às operações da companhia;Analisar impactos tributários de contratos, operações, projetos e novos modelos de negócio;Elaborar análises e recomendações relacionadas principalmente a Impostos Indiretos, incluindo ICMS, IPI e PIS/COFINS;Acompanhar alterações na legislação tributária e traduzir seus impactos para as áreas operacionais e comerciais;Apoiar as demandas relacionadas à Reforma Tributária, avaliando impactos sobre processos, operações e modelos existentes;Participar da revisão e adequação de processos internos diante das mudanças tributárias;Apoiar a estruturação de novos projetos e iniciativas, avaliando riscos, oportunidades e alternativas sob a perspectiva tributária;Atuar de forma próxima às áreas de negócio, compreendendo suas necessidades e transformando questões tributárias em direcionamentos práticos;Apoiar discussões relacionadas a operações industriais e agro, logística, contratos e novas modelagens operacionais;Apoiar temas relacionados a bens de consumo, incluindo formação de preços, margens, modelos comerciais e interface com áreas como Pricing e Revenue;Interagir com especialistas e demais profissionais da área tributária na discussão de temas de maior complexidade;Conduzir demandas com autonomia, organização, capacidade analítica e senso de prioridade.Requisitos e qualificações

Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Sólida experiência em Planejamento Tributário, Consultoria Tributária ou Tax Advisory;Conhecimento aprofundado em Impostos Indiretos, especialmente ICMS, IPI e PIS/COFINS;Experiência na análise tributária de operações e modelos de negócio;Capacidade de interpretar a legislação tributária e traduzir seus impactos para públicos não especializados;Experiência atuando de forma próxima às áreas de negócio e diferentes stakeholders internos;Perfil consultivo, analítico e orientado à solução;Autonomia para receber, estruturar e conduzir demandas de maior complexidade;Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes áreas da organização.
