Encorajamos que pessoas com deficiência se candidatem, como também mulheres, pessoas LGBT+, pessoas negras e indígenas, de diferentes idades e regiões!Estamos em busca de uma pessoa que será responsável pela gestão dos assuntos relacionados a Remuneração, Remuneração Executiva, Incentivo de Curto Prazo e Incentivo de Longo Prazo na organizaçãoResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesSer referência técnica e responsável pela gestão dos assuntos relacionados a Remuneração, Remuneração Executiva, Incentivo de Curto Prazo e Incentivo de Longo Prazo na organização;Responsável por aprimorar as práticas de remuneração, produzindo inovações na área, alinhado as melhores práticas de mercado;Desenvolver soluções com foco em otimização de processos, uso de novas tecnologias e desenvolvimento de pessoal;Suportar as demandas para preparação dos materiais sobre remuneração para apresentação nas reuniões de Comitê de Pessoas e Conselho de Administração;Responsável pelo processo de reporte aos órgãos regulatórios (CVM);Atuar nos processos de definição, outorga, orçamento, provisão e liquidação referente ao programa de longo prazo;Elaborar e participar de pesquisas sobre as tendências de mercado na área de remuneração, visando subsidiar a análise da competitividade externa e a definição das políticas de remuneração da empresa;Realizar análises de cargos, conforme metodologia de pontos Korn Ferry (Hay Group);Mapear e avaliar estrutura de pessoas, gestão e política salarial em due dilligence, para apoiar na tomada de decisão;Rever e/ou criar, em conjunto com os Business Partners de RH e a área solicitante, a estrutura organizacional de modo a garantir a estrutura ideal para o negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa e desejável especialização em áreas afins;Conhecimento e forte atuação em Remuneração Executiva e Incentivo de Longo Prazo;Conhecimento em metodologia de avaliação de cargos por pontos Korn Ferry (Hay Group);Conhecimento em nível avançado de Excel, Power BI e bons conhecimentos em power point;Inglês intermediário será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: Pinheiros – São Paulo (híbrido)Na Auren Energia, acreditamos que o futuro passa por ideias inovadoras, atitudes sustentáveis e um mundo mais positivo; e o que faz a diferença para criar a nossa sinergia é com quem vamos!
