Liderar a evolução dos processos contábeis por meio da automação, padronização e transformação digital, garantindo que as obrigações legais e gerenciais sejam atendidas com qualidade, eficiência e aderência à legislação vigente.Será responsável por identificar oportunidades de melhoria, mapear processos, diagnosticar gargalos, especificar requisitos para desenvolvimento de soluções tecnológicas e atuar como elo entre a Contabilidade, TI, fornecedores de software e demais áreas da empresa, contribuindo para a preparação da organização para a Reforma Tributária e para a utilização de Inteligência Artificial nos processos contábeis.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Processos:

Mapear processos contábeis ponta a ponta. Identificar gargalos, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria. Redesenhar fluxos visando simplificação e automação. Padronizar procedimentos contábeis. Definir indicadores de desempenho dos processos. Tecnologia - Transformação Digital:

Identificar atividades passíveis de automação. Elaborar especificações funcionais para desenvolvimento de soluções. Atuar junto à TI e fornecedores (ERP, BI,  IA) na definição dos requisitos de negócio. Participar da parametrização do ERP. Avaliar oportunidades de utilização de Inteligência Artificial na rotina contábil. Conhecer integrações entre sistemas. Homologar novas funcionalidades e acompanhar sua implantação. Apoiar projetos de transformação digital da Contabilidade. Contabilidade:

Garantir a qualidade das informações contábeis. Assegurar o cumprimento das obrigações acessórias.

Garantir que os processos produzam informações confiáveis para fechamento contábil, auditoria e gestão. Apoiar projetos relacionados à Reforma Tributária. Gestão: Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua. Atuar como facilitador entre as áreas de negócio. Promover cultura de inovação. Capacitar a equipe na utilização de novas ferramentas.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação em Ciências Contábeis. Desejável pós-graduação em Controladoria, Gestão de Processos, Tecnologia da Informação aplicada aos Negócios ou áreas correlatas.

Forte capacidade analítica. Pensamento sistêmico. Visão de processos. Facilidade para resolver problemas. Comunicação clara com equipes técnicas e de negócio. Organização. Capacidade de priorização. Perfil inovador. Curiosidade tecnológica. Proatividade. Liderança colaborativa.

Experiência em Implantação de ERP. Experiência com Automação de processos. Homologação de sistemas. Mapeamento de processos. Projetos multidisciplinares. Competências Técnicas: Contabilidade societária. Fechamento contábil. CPCs. Obrigações acessórias. Demonstrações financeiras.

Tributos diretos e indiretos. SPED, ECF, ECD, EFD. DCTFWeb. E-Reinf. Noções da Reforma Tributária (IBS, CBS e Imposto Seletivo).

Sistemas: ERP (preferencialmente TOTVS Protheus). Excel avançado. Power BI. Ferramentas de mapeamento de processos. Ferramentas de IA aplicados ao ambiente corporativo.
