Coordenar o fechamento contábil mensal e anual das SPEs, SCPs e da holding, assegurando prazos, qualidade e conciliações.Garantir o reconhecimento de receita, custos e estoques conforme as normas aplicáveis ao setor (CPC 47, ICPC 02, OCPC 04, CPC 20, CPC 12), incluindo POC, custo orçado versus incorrido, distratos e ajuste a valor presente.Elaborar e revisar demonstrações financeiras, notas explicativas e consolidações, dando suporte às auditorias externas.Acompanhar a apuração e o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e acessórias (ECD, ECF, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, eSocial, DIRF e demais), incluindo retenções de INSS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, CSLL e IRRF.Acompanhar a aplicação do regime tributário de cada SPE (RET, lucro presumido ou lucro real) e o patrimônio de afetação, apoiando o planejamento tributário.Estruturar e manter o plano de contas, políticas contábeis, manuais e fluxos, com integração ao ERP de obras e financeiro (experiência com Sienge é um diferencial).Controlar centros de custo e departamentos (obra, terreno, administrativo etc.), assim como alçadas de acesso e lançamento.Implementar controles internos, segregação de funções e rotinas de conciliação, reduzindo riscos e retrabalho.Acompanhar a preparação do grupo para a reforma tributária (IBS/CBS), avaliando impactos em contratos, precificação e sistemas.Fornecer informações e análises à Controladoria que sustentem decisões de sócios, captações e relacionamento com investidores, bancos e fundos.Coordenar, orientar e avaliar o time, distribuindo demandas, treinando analistas e garantindo a qualidade das entregasRequisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Ciências Contábeis, com CRC ativo.Experiência em contabilidade e fiscal e em construtoras ou incorporadoras.Experiência com SPEs, SCPs, RET e patrimônio de afetação.Vivência em coordenação ou liderança de equipes, mesmo que de pequeno porte.Domínio das normas CPC/IFRS e da legislação fiscal aplicada ao setor imobiliário.Conhecimento avançado de Excel e de ERPs (Sienge, TOTVS ou similares).DiferenciaisPós-graduação ou MBA em controladoria, finanças ou tributário.Experiência em ambientes em estruturação, com criação de processos do zero.Contato prévio com auditorias, captações ou due diligence.Conhecimento de BI e automação de rotinas.
