Garantir a consistência das marcas do Ecossistema Track&Field e desenvolver estratégias de conteúdo relevantes, criativas e alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio.Sua missão 🥇Procuramos uma pessoa para fazer parte do nosso time de Marketing e Conteúdo, com olhar social first e repertório para transformar o universo Track&Field em conteúdos relevantes e conectados com a nossa comunidade. No dia a dia, vai criar conteúdos para diferentes plataformas, explorando formatos, tendências e novas linguagens de social para traduzir a marca de forma autêntica. É importante ter autonomia para criar, captar e editar conteúdos para mobile e formatos audiovisuais, além de um olhar apurado para direção de arte, estética, narrativa e identidade de marca.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯• Produzir e editar conteúdos para redes sociais, explorando diferentes formatos, tendências, bastidores e momentos da marca;• Realizar captações e coberturas de eventos, ativaçõese bastidores, com produção de conteúdos em real time;• Participar criativamente das campanhas de marca, atuando como frente audiovisual e contribuindo com ideias, formatose narrativas;• Apoiar a direção de arte na criação dos conteúdos Always On;• Produzir animações e motions simples para os conteúdos do dia a dia;• Acompanhar tendências, comportamentos e novas linguagens das redes sociais, trazendo referências e oportunidades para novos formatos.• Garantir consistência e inovação na criação de conteúdos para o ecossistema Track&Field;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎 Buscamos uma pessoa proativa, criativa, ágil, curiosa e organizada, que tenha vontade de experimentar novas ideias, acompanhar tendências e estar sempre conectada ao que acontece nas redes sociais. Alguém com olhar atento, iniciativa e disposição para transformar referências e insights em novas possibilidades.Habilidades e conhecimentos técnicosForte repertório em redes sociais e criação de conteúdo digital;Experiência em direção de arte;Experiência na produção e edição de vídeos curtos para redes sociais (Stories, Reels e TikTok);Domínio de ferramentas de edição, como CapCut, Adobe After Effects e Premiere Pro;Conhecimento em Photoshop e Illustrator.
