Responsabilidades e atribuições 🎯 O que espera por você no seu dia a dia:Auxiliar na administração do cronograma de obras;Ler e interpretar projetos de alvenaria, formas e armaduras;Coordenar equipe de mão de obra própria e/ou terceirizada;Delegar, controlar e receber serviços prestados por equipe de mão de obra própria e ou terceirizada;Analisar toda a construção do projeto junto ao Mestre de Obra;Orientar a correta instalação do canteiro de obras, visando melhor organização do ambiente de trabalho;Fazer junto com o profissional da área o levantamento do material a ser utilizado para providenciar a requisição junto ao almoxarifado;Orientar os funcionários do setor sobre o correto desempenho das tarefas, acompanhando a sua execução;Garantir as normas de segurança no trabalho;Garantir que as equipes sob sua administração, faça o devido uso dos EPIs;Evitar desperdícios de materiais;Manter seus superiores informados sobre o andamento do projeto;Realizar locações de obra.

Requisitos e qualificações Pré-requisitos:Ensino Fundamental completo;Experiência em execução de alvenaria estrutural;Desejáveis:Experiência em obras residenciais verticais;Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de projetos de alvenaria estrutural;Vivência com concretagem de lajes, grauteamento e armações;Experiência com controle de produtividade e qualidade dos serviços.Experiência com liderança e acompanhamento de equipes de campo;Conhecimentos e Habilidades Desejadas:Leitura de projetos de alvenaria estrutural;Locação e marcação de alvenaria;Conferência de prumo, nível, alinhamento e esquadro;Execução e conferência de grauteamento e pontos de armação;Acompanhamento da execução de lajes e concretagens;Planejamento e distribuição das frentes de serviço;Liderança e gestão de equipes;Controle de produtividade, materiais e qualidade;Boa comunicação, organização e comprometimento com a segurança.Conhecimento das etapas de execução de estruturas em alvenaria estrutural.
