Estamos em busca de Controlador de Acesso para atuar em unidade de pronto atendimento, contribuindo para a segurança, a organização do fluxo de pessoas e o controle das áreas internas da unidade.O profissional será responsável por identificar, registrar e autorizar a circulação de acompanhantes, visitantes, prestadores de serviço e colaboradores, controlar o acesso às áreas restritas e orientar o público, seguindo as normas internas, as regras de visita e acompanhamento e as orientações da liderança.Buscamos profissionais atentos, educados, responsáveis e com postura ética, que saibam lidar com o público com cordialidade e firmeza, mantenham a calma em situações de conflito e tenham disposição para trabalhar em equipe e em regime de escala.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar e registrar acompanhantes, visitantes e prestadores de serviço, emitindo crachás ou etiquetas de acesso.Controlar o acesso às áreas internas e restritas, conforme as normas de visita e acompanhamento.Orientar o público sobre fluxos, horários e regras da unidade.Monitorar a circulação de pessoas e, quando disponível, as câmeras de vigilância (CFTV).Comunicar à liderança situações de risco, conflito ou descumprimento de normas.Registrar ocorrências e repassar informações na troca de plantão.Apoiar a equipe de portaria na manutenção da ordem e da segurança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCertificado de Ensino Médio Completo.Informações adicionaisSalários R$1.621,00 Insalubridade R$ 648,40Escala 12x36
