Estamos em busca de um(a) Controlador(a) de Acesso para integrar nossa equipe e contribuir para a organização, segurança e bom funcionamento da unidade.Este profissional será responsável por controlar a entrada e saída de colaboradores, pacientes, acompanhantes, visitantes e prestadores de serviço, garantindo o cumprimento das normas internas e promovendo um ambiente seguro e acolhedor para todos.A função exige atenção, cordialidade, postura profissional e comprometimento, uma vez que o controlador de acesso é um dos primeiros pontos de contato dos usuários com a unidade, desempenhando papel fundamental na orientação e no direcionamento adequado das pessoas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar e monitorar a entrada e saída de colaboradores, pacientes, acompanhantes, visitantes e prestadores de serviços, conforme as normas e procedimentos da unidade;Orientar usuários sobre fluxos de atendimento, localização de setores e regras internas da UPA;Identificar e registrar visitantes quando necessário, seguindo os protocolos estabelecidos pela instituição;Fiscalizar acessos e áreas de circulação, contribuindo para a segurança patrimonial e das pessoas presentes na unidade;Comunicar imediatamente à liderança ou à equipe responsável qualquer situação atípica, suspeita ou que possa comprometer a segurança e a ordem do ambiente;Auxiliar na organização do fluxo de pessoas, especialmente em períodos de maior movimento;Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas internas relacionadas ao acesso, permanência e circulação nas dependências da unidade;Prestar atendimento cordial, respeitoso e humanizado ao público, mantendo postura profissional em todas as situações;Apoiar equipes assistenciais e administrativas em demandas relacionadas ao controle de acesso e organização dos ambientes;Registrar ocorrências e informações pertinentes ao seu turno de trabalho, garantindo a continuidade das atividades entre as equipes;Contribuir para a manutenção de um ambiente seguro, organizado e acolhedor para pacientes, acompanhantes, colaboradores e visitantes.Flexibilidade para cobertura de férias e ausências dos colaboradores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Informações adicionaisSalário: R$ 2.200,00Insalubridade: R$ 324,20Alimentação em refeitórioEscala 12x36Local de trabalho: Betim/MG
