Garantir a segurança, o controle e a organização do fluxo de entrada e saída de pessoas na unidade escolar, assegurando o cumprimento dos protocolos institucionais de acesso, identificação e circulação. O profissional atua como primeiro ponto de contato da escola, contribuindo para um ambiente seguro, acolhedor e bem organizado para alunos, famílias, colaboradores e visitantes.Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Controle de Acesso e Segurança- Realizar o controle de entrada e saída de alunos, responsáveis, colaboradores e visitantes.- Conferir identificações e autorizações conforme protocolos da escola.- Registrar acessos em sistemas ou livros de controle.- Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança e circulação interna.2. Atendimento e Orientação ao Público- Recepcionar visitantes com cordialidade e postura profissional.- Orientar famílias e visitantes sobre procedimentos de acesso e circulação.- Direcionar visitantes aos setores responsáveis conforme necessidade.3. Monitoramento e Vigilância- Acompanhar movimentações nos acessos principais da unidade.- Identificar e reportar situações atípicas ou de risco à equipe responsável.- Apoiar a implementação de protocolos de segurança escolar.4. Apoio Operacional à Unidade- Colaborar com a organização dos horários de entrada e saída (fluxo escolar).- Apoiar eventos escolares no controle de acesso e recepção de público.- Atuar em parceria com equipes administrativa e pedagógica quando necessário.5. Safeguarding e Proteção de Crianças e Adolescentes- Cumprir rigorosamente as políticas de safeguarding e proteção infantil da escola.- Garantir que nenhum aluno seja liberado a pessoas não autorizadas.- Observar e reportar imediatamente qualquer comportamento, situação ou interação que possa representar risco à integridade física ou emocional dos alunos.- Seguir os protocolos institucionais de reporte (incluindo canais formais e responsáveis designados).- Contribuir para um ambiente seguro, respeitoso e protetivo para todos os estudantes. 6. Cumprimento de Protocolos Institucionais- Seguir rigorosamente normas internas de segurança e atendimento.- Manter sigilo sobre informações sensíveis da comunidade escolar.- Atuar de forma ética, responsável e alinhada aos valores institucionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil Profissional EsperadoFormação: Ensino médio completo.Desejável: cursos na área de segurança, atendimento ou portaria.Conhecimentos TécnicosNoções de controle de acesso e segurança patrimonial.Uso básico de sistemas de registro e controle (digital ou manual).Noções de atendimento ao público.Competências Comportamentais:- Atenção e vigilância constante.- Postura ética e profissional.- Comunicação clara e cordial.- Organização e disciplina.- Capacidade de agir com calma em situações de pressão.- Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade.Diferenciais DesejáveisExperiência prévia em ambiente escolar.Vivência em portaria, recepção ou controle de acesso.Conhecimento em protocolos de segurança escolar.
