Responsável por executar atividades relacionadas ao controle de estoque, almoxarifado e abastecimento interno, bem como pelo recebimento, conferência documental e faturamento de mercadorias e movimentações fiscais da unidade. Atua na armazenagem, separação, distribuição e registro de materiais e insumos, realizando também conferências de notas fiscais, emissões de documentos fiscais, acompanhamento de perdas, inventários e transferências. Contribui para a confiabilidade dos estoques, a disponibilidade de materiais para operação, a conformidade dos processos fiscais e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a carga e conferência das balanças dos setores. Efetuar a separação e baixa de insumos conforme receitas cadastradas no sistema. Separar, entregar e registrar a movimentação de materiais de consumo solicitados pelos setores. Armazenar mercadorias e materiais no almoxarifado conforme procedimentos internos. Realizar lançamentos de trocas, perdas, consumos internos e demais movimentações de estoque. Acompanhar descartes e registrar perdas de mercadorias. Solicitar remanejamentos de produtos e materiais quando necessário. Executar inventários periódicos e apoiar contagens de estoque. Manter o almoxarifado organizado, limpo e devidamente identificado. Receber e conferir notas fiscais apresentadas pelos fornecedores. Verificar o correto registro das notas fiscais no sistema antes do recebimento das mercadorias. Conferir informações de coleta, quantidades e documentos relacionados ao recebimento. Identificar divergências e comunicar os setores responsáveis para tratativas. Validar recebimentos e realizar o controle dos documentos fiscais. Organizar e arquivar documentos fiscais conforme procedimentos internos. Realizar o faturamento de notas fiscais de transferências entre unidades. Conferir e efetuar o faturamento de notas fiscais de patrimônio. Emitir notas fiscais referentes a trocas, perdas, consumos internos e saídas de mercadorias. Conferir a numeração dos lacres dos veículos conforme informações constantes nos romaneios. Emitir romaneios relacionados às operações de logística reversa. Cumprir os procedimentos internos de controle de estoque, recebimento e movimentação fiscal. Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino Médio completo. Conhecimento básico em controle de estoque, armazenagem e movimentação de materiais. Conhecimento básico em conferência de notas fiscais e documentos de recebimento. Conhecimento em informática e utilização de sistemas de gestão. Disponibilidade para atuar em escala de trabalho, incluindo finais de semana e feriados, conforme necessidade operacional. DesejáveisExperiência anterior em almoxarifado, estoque, recebimento de mercadorias ou conferência fiscal. Conhecimento em inventários e controle de perdas. Vivência em operações de varejo, supermercados, atacado ou distribuição. Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, faturamento ou gestão de estoque.
