Então essa oportunidade de Controlador de Inventário pode ser sua!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de estoque e inventário: Realizar inventários físicos e rotativos, garantir a acuracidade do estoque físico e sistêmico, controlar movimentações de peças e acessórios e identificar divergências, perdas, avarias e itens obsoletos.Planejamento e abastecimento de peças: Realizar pedidos de peças junto à montadora GWM, utilizando análise da curva ABC, histórico de consumo e demanda da oficina, visando garantir a disponibilidade dos itens e evitar rupturas de estoque.Acompanhamento de pedidos junto à montadora: Monitorar pedidos, abrir e acompanhar chamados, controlar prazos e previsões de entrega, cobrar posicionamentos sobre itens pendentes e manter as equipes atualizadas quanto à chegada das peças.Gestão de peças pendentes: Acompanhar peças em falta, priorizando componentes necessários para reparos em andamento e veículos imobilizados, buscando alternativas para minimizar impactos na operação e na satisfação dos clientes.Recebimento e conferência: Conferir peças recebidas, validar quantidades, códigos e condições dos produtos, verificar documentos fiscais e garantir o correto lançamento das entradas no sistema.Atendimento ao cliente e vendas de balcão: Realizar atendimento presencial, identificar as necessidades dos clientes, consultar disponibilidade de peças, elaborar cotações e orçamentos e acompanhar pedidos, garantindo qualidade e agilidade no atendimento.Indicadores e melhoria contínua: Monitorar indicadores de acuracidade, giro, disponibilidade e ruptura de estoque, elaborar relatórios de controle e propor melhorias nos processos de abastecimento e gestão de peças.Organização e conformidade: Garantir a correta armazenagem, identificação e conservação das peças, manter a organização do estoque e cumprir os procedimentos internos e os padrões operacionais estabelecidos pela concessionária e pela montadora.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo; desejável ensino superior cursando ou completo em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com controle de estoque, inventário e gestão de peças, preferencialmente no segmento automotivo.Conhecimento em análise de curva ABC, giro de estoque, reposição e planejamento de compras.Experiência no acompanhamento de pedidos junto a fornecedores ou montadoras, incluindo controle de chamados e previsões de entrega.Conhecimento em recebimento, conferência, armazenagem e movimentação de peças e acessórios.Experiência com atendimento ao cliente e vendas de balcão.Conhecimento em Excel e sistemas de gestão de estoque (ERP).Capacidade de análise de indicadores, identificação de divergências e resolução de problemas.Organização, atenção aos detalhes, planejamento e boa comunicação.Proatividade, senso de responsabilidade, foco em resultados e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.DiferenciaisExperiência em concessionárias automotivas.Conhecimento dos processos de pós-vendas e logística de peças.Experiência com sistemas de gestão de peças e processos de garantia.Conhecimento dos processos de pedidos, abastecimento e acompanhamento de peças junto à montadoras.Informações adicionaisCuidar de quem está com a gente faz parte do nosso jeito de ser.Dá uma olhada nos benefícios que oferecemos:🩺 Plano de saúde e Plano Odontológico🚌 Vale Transporte🍽️ Alimentação no local🛡️ Seguro de vida em grupo🧘‍♀️ Wellhub 📘Trilha de Treinamentos pela montadora
