Se você é uma pessoa ágil, que encanta o cliente e preza pela excelência em resultados, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Nós somos o Grupo NewChase e crescemos juntos!Responsabilidades e atribuições✓ Avaliar diariamente os veículos finalizados ou em fase de conclusão, consultando a Ordem de Serviço (OS) e verificando sintomas relatados, serviços executados e possíveis pendências, assegurando a conformidade técnica do trabalho.✓ Atender clientes do Pós-Vendas com cordialidade, ouvindo relatos sobre problemas apresentados no veículo, realizando testes para identificar falhas e orientar os próximos passos.✓ Realizar testes de qualidade em veículos com ou sem acompanhamento do cliente, garantindo a correta execução do reparo e eficiência do resultado obtido.✓ Executar testes de rodagem ou funcionais junto com os mecânicos, quando necessário, assegurando que o serviço foi realizado corretamente antes da liberação do veículo.✓ Acompanhar a programação diária da oficina, analisando o quadro de agendamentos para planejar e ajustar o tempo necessário para avaliações, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega.✓ Comunicar ao Consultor Técnico e Controlador de Quadro, necessidades de retrabalho e ampliação do tempo de serviço, evitando insatisfação do cliente e garantindo alinhamento das equipes.✓ Prestar suporte aos Consultores Técnicos e Supervisão, esclarecendo dúvidas e repassando diagnósticos para melhor direcionar o atendimento ao cliente

Requisitos e qualificações Se você possui:Ensino médio completo CNH, categoria B ativa.Experiência prévia em oficina automotiva, inspeção técnica, diagnóstico ou atividades similares.Conhecimento prático de testes de rodagem e identificação de falhas mecânicas.Conhecimento de mecânica automotiva, sistemas veiculares e diagnóstico técnico.Pacote Office básico.Conhecimento de normas de qualidade e segurança automotivaO #GrupoNewChase é o seu lugar!Será considerado um diferencial se você:Desejável formação técnica em Mecânica Automotiva, Eletromecânica ou áreas afins.
