Buscamos um(a) Controller com perfil de Business Partner, capaz de atuar como braço direito da liderança e transformar informações financeiras em decisões de negócio.A posição exige um profissional hands-on, analítico, ágil e orientado a resultados, com experiência em ambientes de tecnologia e/ou serviços, gestão de múltiplos CNPJs e forte atuação em planejamento, performance financeira e governança.Mais do que uma atuação tradicional de Controladoria, buscamos alguém com visão ampla do negócio, capacidade de questionar números, identificar oportunidades de eficiência e apoiar diretamente a alta administração em decisões relacionadas a EBITDA, geração de caixa, margem e produtividade.O perfil comportamental terá peso relevante na avaliação: procuramos alguém com senso de urgência, mentalidade de dono, alta tolerância à pressão, comunicação executiva e visão moderna e data driven da área financeira.Responsabilidades e atribuições ResponsabilidadesLiderar as atividades de Controladoria, garantindo qualidade, consistência e confiabilidade das informações financeiras;Gerenciar e consolidar os resultados financeiros de múltiplos CNPJs;Conduzir os processos de budget, forecast e planejamento financeiro;Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de performance, com foco em EBITDA, caixa, margem, custos e produtividade;Produzir análises gerenciais e executivas que apoiem a alta administração na tomada de decisões estratégicas;Atuar como Business Partner da liderança, conectando os números às necessidades e decisões do negócio;Identificar desvios, riscos e oportunidades, propondo ações corretivas e melhorias;Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de Controladoria;Apoiar processos de fechamento financeiro, auditorias, bancos, investidores e governança corporativa;Evoluir dashboards, indicadores e ferramentas de gestão por meio de Power BI e automação;Buscar continuamente oportunidades para eliminar controles manuais, aumentar eficiência e melhorar a qualidade das informações;Apoiar projetos estratégicos, incluindo, quando aplicável, M&A, integrações, estruturação societária e iniciativas de FP&A.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEssenciaisExperiência mínima de 8 anos em Controladoria;Experiência em empresas de tecnologia e/ou serviços;Vivência com gestão e consolidação financeira de múltiplos CNPJs;Experiência sólida com orçamento, forecast e análise de resultados;Domínio avançado de Power BI;Experiência com ERP corporativo;Experiência em liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes;Inglês intermediário a avançado;Forte capacidade analítica e visão de negócio;Capacidade de atuar próximo à alta liderança, traduzindo números e indicadores em recomendações e decisões.Buscamos alguém com senso de urgência, visão de negócio e mentalidade de dono, que seja mão na massa, resolutivo e orientado a resultados.
