Nossas vagas também são validas ao público PCD.#MedSênior #vagas #hiring #oportunidades #tecnologia #saúde #contratando 📌 Importante: não efetuamos cobranças de taxas em nossos processos seletivos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstruturar, executar e aprimorar os processos de controladoria jurídica, garantindo padronização, rastreabilidade e confiabilidade das informações;Assegurar a adequada alimentação e atualização dos sistemas jurídicos, zelando pela qualidade e consistência da base de dados;Realizar auditorias periódicas dos cadastros processuais, classificações, movimentações, valores, contingências e demais informações relevantes;Desenvolver controles preventivos para identificação de inconsistências, falhas operacionais e riscos relacionados à gestão do contencioso;Apoiar a elaboração, revisão e implementação de políticas, procedimentos, fluxos e instruções de trabalho relacionados à gestão jurídica;Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos e controles internos do Departamento Jurídico;Gestão do contencioso e escritórios externos;Monitorar a carteira de processos judiciais e administrativos, acompanhando movimentações, prazos, encerramentos, valores e demais informações críticas;Controlar a distribuição e movimentação da carteira entre escritórios externos e equipes internas;Acompanhar o cumprimento dos SLAs estabelecidos para escritórios e prestadores jurídicos;Monitorar a qualidade e tempestividade das informações fornecidas pelos escritórios externos;Realizar auditorias e conciliações periódicas entre os sistemas internos e as bases mantidas pelos escritórios.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Direito, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência consistente em controladoria jurídica, Legal Operations ou gestão de operações jurídicas, preferencialmente em departamentos jurídicos corporativos com carteira processual de médio ou grande porte;Conhecimento avançado em Excel, Power BI e automação de processos;Desejável pós-graduação ou especialização em Controladoria Jurídica, Legal Operations, Business Intelligence, KPI, CPC27 ou áreas correlatas;Atuação prévia com planos de saúde será considerado um diferencial.
