Atuará de forma integrada com as equipes de marketing, atendimento e resultados comerciais.Atuação na região da Baixada Santista.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e implementar estratégias comerciais junto à liderança regional para atingir metas.Supervisionar e orientar analistas comerciais, atendentes e equipe de apresentação/visitação. Recrutar, treinar, motivar e desenvolver o time, estabelecendo metas individuais e coletivas.Gerenciar recebimento, qualificação e acompanhamento de leads, trabalhando com marketing para aprimorar estratégias de geração e conversão. Definir estratégias de negociação e supervisionar o assistente comercial.Monitorar métricas de vendas, resultados e eficácia das estratégias. Elaborar relatórios e apresentações com insights e recomendações.Apoiar na criação de materiais de vendas e desenvolvimento de estratégias personalizadas para atrair e converter famílias.Identificar, negociar e implementar parcerias para ampliar oportunidades de captação. Elaborar planos de ação, monitorar resultados e gerenciar contrapartidas.Acompanhar tendências do setor, necessidades das famílias e práticas da concorrência.Apoiar diretamente o time comercial quando necessário em atendimento, visitas, negociações e fechamento de contratos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipes de vendas, preferencialmente no segmento educacional.Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação, geração de leads, gestão de funil de vendas e análise de mercado.Habilidades de liderança, organização, comunicação e gestão de processos.Visão analítica, foco em metas e resultados.Habilidade para relacionamento e encantamento do cliente.Residência na Baixada Santista.DiferenciaisExperiência no mercado educacional, especialmente em Educação Básica ou Ensino Superior.Conhecimento em TOTVS e gestão de projetos.Visão estratégica e capacidade de implementar melhorias contínuas.Informações adicionais• Vale-alimentação;• Plano médico;• Plano odontológico;• Vale transporte.
